Margareth Fabiola dos Carneiro

Margareth Carneiro has three decades of management experience. She is passionate about contributing to the adoption of practices, oriented toward deliveries, benefits, and results thru her work, lectures, classes, and mentoring. Her entire career has been in people management for the delivery of products, services, and value. Her experience with Agile methods and approaches started in 2016. Margareth’s focus on Agile is mostly on scaling, change management, and people behavior. She is PMP, Prince 2, MSP, SAFe SPC, PMI DASSM, and PMI DAC certified.

Margareth served PMI as a volunteer for 22 years, as a Chapter President and in other international positions, and then on the PMI Board of Directors for six years during two terms. She holds a Masters in Knowledge Management and IT and a Ph.D. in Administration, with studies in Corporate Governance and Management by Results. Margareth currently serves on the Agile Alliance Board of Directors.
