Bob Hartman, known to his clients as “Agile Bob,” is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Agile Coach (CAC), and is newly based in Newnan, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. He trains and coaches companies throughout the United States and internationally. Bob has trained over 60,000 people and coached thousands more. He has been a speaker at numerous major conferences, seminars, workshops, and user group meetings where his engaging style, holistic view of organizations, and personal anecdotes are always well received by attendees.

Bob has a passion for Making Agile a Reality® for organizations. He draws on his 45+ years of experience in software development, training, and coaching to guide companies through the challenges and nuances of embracing Agile and creating a one-of-a-kind transformation. He’s been in the trenches himself, and he’s worked with a diverse range of global organizations such as Chick-fil-A, Starz Entertainment Network, Turner Broadcasting, Western Union, Weyerhaeuser, Siemens, United Launch Alliance, Pearson Education, Experian, and more. Bob has served as vice chair of the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Agile Alliance. He loves people and stays active in the Agile and Scrum communities, allowing him to continue helping others.

David Luke

As a digital transformational executive, David Luke brings a wealth of experience in operations, finance, customer insights, and leadership across enterprise functions to any company. David is a strategic business leader who can drive transformation and deliver exceptional results. David brings the superpower of being able to assess strategic directives, understand risks and decisively use the data available to crate and execute a tactical plan.

David has lead incubation and growth of Agile, Product and Design practices at Accenture, IBM and Consulting Solutions with a strong focus on delivery and transformative outcomes. In addition, David leads Customer Experience and Optimization for at Bloomfilter AI and is on the forefront of AI – using process mining to uncover insights and patterns across the SDLC – specifically in Agile ways of working.

David brings a fresh perspective and innovative approaches to overcome challenges, ensuring your company remains competitive and agile in a rapidly changing market. David’s unique focus on customer insights and collaborative work practices will enhance team performance and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately leading to sustainable growth and success.

David lives in Atlanta, GA, where he has made his home for 20+ years. His family supports high school and college sports, often spending Friday nights and Saturdays supporting their favorites. He is a husband to an EY executive and father to two outstanding female student-athletes.

Chris "Cp" Richardson

Chris ‘Cp’ Richardson has spent the last 15 years in software development and risk management, focusing on providing teams with the knowledge and tools to become the best version of themselves. From being a software developer doing the work to being a program manager leading the progress, Chris ensures people have what they need to be successful. Chris uses his past experience as a firefighter to metaphorically put out fires as well as inspire others to fight through the flames that are challenges in their professional environments. Chris is the co-founder and Vice President of the Agile in Color initiative. Agile in Color’s mission is to create spaces for and spotlight global POC coaches, trainers, and thought leaders in the Agile community. Agile in Color also hopes to inspire the next generation of global POC Agile leaders.

Margareth Fabiola dos Carneiro

Margareth Fabiola dos Carneiro

Margareth Carneiro has three decades of management experience. She is passionate about contributing to the adoption of practices, oriented toward deliveries, benefits, and results thru her work, lectures, classes, and mentoring. Her entire career has been in people management for the delivery of products, services, and value. Her experience with Agile methods and approaches started in 2016. Margareth’s focus on Agile is mostly on scaling, change management, and people behavior. She is PMP, Prince 2, MSP, SAFe SPC, PMI DASSM, and PMI DAC certified.

Margareth served PMI as a volunteer for 22 years, as a Chapter President and in other international positions, and then on the PMI Board of Directors for six years during two terms. She holds a Masters in Knowledge Management and IT and a Ph.D. in Administration, with studies in Corporate Governance and Management by Results.

Kemmy Raji – Agile Alliance

Kemmy has been active in the IT industry for over 15 years in a variety of roles within the software development lifecycle. She has been a Scrum Master, an Agile Coach, a mentor, and an Agile trainer. She helps organize local Agile conferences and Meetups in Canada, and she has been an Agile20XX track reviewer for the past two years.

Apeksha Patel, Agile Alliance

Apeksha Patel

Board Member, India

An eXtreme programmer at heart and a Systems Thinker at mind, Apeksha serves as a co-founder for two Agile enterprises. Apeksha is the first woman CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) in India, ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) certified Coach, and the first Accredited Kanban Trainer in India. With over 20 years of experience in diverse domains, Apeksha currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Leanpitch, where she applies her extensive expertise to drive product development and strategy. 
 
Her contributions to the Agile community extend beyond training and coaching as she has also chaired conferences and meet-ups contributing to knowledge sharing and thought leadership. She is a community leader for AgilityThinking, one of the largest Agile communities in India. Apeksha has actively collaborated with the community, leveraging Agile values and Principles, to drive positive social changes.
 
Apeksha often cites her favourite quote, “There is nothing permanent except change, and change is the only constant.” She directs her efforts towards empowering teams and organizations to navigate obstacles hindering change enabling them to embrace and navigate change effectively. Apeksha’s expertise lies in assisting organisations to craft sustainable systems that can adapt to changing market dynamics, optimize efficiency, and drive innovation.

Song Bac Toh

Board Member, Singapore

Song Bac Toh has been in the technology business for over 20 years, starting as a software engineer and later transitioning to product and business management. He also had project and program management responsibility for a good part of this journey. Song’s first exposure to Agile was from working at a company where Agile culture and DevOps processes reigned. That experience still shapes his view of Agile – he believes Agile is about delivering results rather than using catchphrases in corporate literature.

As an experienced business executive, who has run Agile software development, and been involved in a number of Agile business transformations, Song believes in the power of Agile transformation, and in bringing Agile to a diverse, global community.

Sany Mamoli

Sandy Mamoli

Board Member, New Zealand

Sandy Mamoli, originally a professional handball player representing Austria in the 1992 Olympics, transitioned into a technical role at Sony Ericsson after earning a master’s degree in Natural Language Processing. In 2007, she co-founded Nomad8 in New Zealand, establishing herself as an Agile Coach for companies like Trade Me, Snapper, and Southern Cross Health. A keynote speaker at prominent Agile conferences globally, she also co-authored Creating Great Teams in 2015, emphasizing high-performing Agile teams and self-selection.

Darci Dutcher

Over the past 20-something years, Darci has worked at the intersection of product design, user research, and strategy, with a deep appreciation for the Agile mindset of openness, iteration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

As NED and Senior Director of Product Design and Research at The Financial Times, she leads multidisciplinary teams through change, uncertainty, and growth. Darci has seen firsthand the power of Agile to bring clarity to complexity and to empower teams to focus on the outcomes that matter the most.

Darci brings a practitioner’s mindset, a deep respect for diverse perspectives, and a strong belief in the role of design and research in shaping practices that are focused on people. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people can learn from one another, challenge assumptions, and do meaningful work together.

Denise Jarvie – Agile Alliance Managing Director

Denise brings a wealth of experience and expertise in Agile leadership and organizational transformation. Her passion for community development and shaping the future of work makes her an invaluable addition to our team. Denise is coming to us from WESCO International, Inc., where she was a Senior Director of Global Digital and Agile Transformation, leading and inspiring large-scale change across multiple regions to deliver enterprise outcomes. A U.S. Army veteran, Denise served as an Active-Duty Military Intelligence Analyst and later as an Officer with the Colorado Army National Guard. She holds degrees from Grand Valley State University and the American Military University.

Lenka Pincot

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Lenka Pincot oversees PMI’s Transformation Management Office, Enterprise Program Management Office, CEO & Board communications, and Thought Leadership teams.

Lenka has extensive international experience driving digital and agile transformations, innovation, and business growth across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as the Head of Agile Transformation at a key European bank, where she defined the organization’s transformation vision and strategy, built a high-performing transformation team, and executed the roadmap while onboarding business and IT talent.

Lenka holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering from Charles University. She has earned a Digital Excellence Diploma from the IMD Business School of Switzerland and completed the European Women in Boards C-Level Program.
