This time I want to share a reflection about the Product Owner Role.
How can we know if the Product Owner is part of the team?
When is it a Team-member?
And When not?
How do we know?
My opinion is that it will be a part of the team, when all together shares goals and fate. Did you ever had an experience where people don't collaborates, but cares only by its individual responsibilities or worse: to compete inside the team.
First sympthom: competition.
Level 1: The Group
