We’ve been raised to think that leadership is for the few, and the rest should follow.
That thinking got us to where we are, but it won’t get us to where we want to be. In fact, it could hold us back—as individuals, teams, and companies.
If we really want Agile, we need leadership at all levels. Not just from the top and not just from the few. Not just from the people who take charge or have charisma.
We need to rethink what leadership looks like and who can be a leader.
And that’s what we’re going to do. We’re going to look at leadership with a different lens and get ready to lead.
