Agile Tech Talks

Free Online Learning Sessions for Agile Alliance Members

We’re now accepting speaker proposals for our Agile Tech Talk sessions

Agile Tech Talks (formerly deliver:Agile) is a series of virtual webinars that explore technical topics and focus on how to support Agile practitioners and grow good Agile engineering practices for development teams in both remote and in-person settings.

These online webinars are designed for practitioners who want substance, not buzzwords. Our audience responds best to technical talks that are practical, candid, and useful right away. We prefer talks that are grounded in real work, real constraints, and real lessons. Concrete examples beat theory.

We’re especially looking for sessions that fall into one of these categories:

Real-World Experience

Share what happened in an actual team or organization.

  • A delivery challenge you solved
  • A technical change that improved outcomes
  • A failure that taught valuable lessons
What worked, what didn’t, and why

Practical How-To Sessions

Teach people how to do something better.

  • Engineering practices
  • DevOps or CI/CD
  • Architecture and technical decision-making
  • Agile technical practices
  • Team collaboration and delivery workflows
  • Metrics, quality, testing, reliability, or modernization

Fresh Thinking

Share what happened in an actual team or organization.

  • A delivery challenge you solved
  • A technical change that improved outcomes
  • A failure that taught valuable lessons
What worked, what didn’t, and why

What’s in it for you?
