Agile practices are widespread. Certifications abound. Yet many organizations are experiencing more control with less learning, and growing fatigue rather than adaptability. The Agile conversation has stalled. It’s time to pause, ask uncomfortable questions, and reimagine what agility needs to become in a world shaped by scale, governance, and AI.

What This Workshop Is About

This is a space for practitioners, leaders, and teams to sit with complexity and learn in public. Over four hours, we’ll work in small, self-directed groups to explore the “wicked problems” that don’t have clear owners or clean solutions—the tensions many of us are already living with but rarely get time to explore together.

About the Reimagining Agility Initiative

This workshop is part of the global Reimagining Agility initiative—a movement to refresh, extend, and make Agility accessible to all. We’re re-examining core values and principles, extending them into new communities (product management, non-IT organizational units, enterprise agility), and creating spaces for intentional listening beyond the current climate.

Reimagining Agility isn’t about finding answers or even agreeing. It’s about creating space to surface tensions that many people are already living with but rarely get time to explore together.
