We’ll bring our favorites, and we encourage you to bring your games to share, too. This is a great space to experiment with games in development with a friendly audience! We may even create something new together to unlock practice, process, and mindset.

In taking just two minutes to improve your opening and closing moves, you can turn a routine team event or meeting into an energizing, focused, and collaborative experience. This month’s Game On will show you how playful, low-effort activities at the start and close of any session can spark engagement, strengthen alignment, and build commitment to action.

Together, we’ll explore why beginnings and endings matter—and experiment with quick techniques to bring people together, boost participation, and reinforce shared goals. You’ll leave with a toolkit of ready-to-use activities that help every event start strong and finish with clarity and momentum.
