Reimagining Agility Workshop at PMI Agile 2026

Immediately following the PMI Agile 2026 conference, we’ll be tackling the real wicked problems in our workplaces: From AI integration to hybrid work dynamics to executive disconnect and collaboration fatigue. If you’re an experienced agilist attending the conference and want to roll up your sleeves and solve practical problems with other passionate practitioners, this is your place.
Join us for 4+ hours of deep, focused work in small groups to tackle wicked problems in the following key focus areas:

This free-to-attend session will be facilitated by Agile Alliance board members Margareth Carneiro and Darci Dutcher, who will guide participants through a collaborative, hands-on format.

Experienced change agents, coaches, leaders, and practitioners passionate about applying agility across functions and industries.
Registration is limited to people who are also attending the PMI Agile 2026 conference.
This is NOT an event for beginners or people looking for an Agile training session.
