In fact, it could hold us back\u2014as individuals, teams, and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we really want Agile, we need leadership at all levels. Not just from the top and not just from the few. Not just from the people who take charge or have charisma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We need to rethink what leadership looks like and who can be a leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\u2019s what we\u2019re going to do.
