And yes is a physical product, an actual pack of cards!<br \/>\nIt is also composed of 4 different ways to play the game and quite a few statements.<\/p>\n<p>You may have been in rather dull retrospectives (at least I have!).<\/p>\n<p>This game is trying to \u2018ninja\u2019 that and to enable a holistic view of and by the team.<\/p>\n<p>Looking inside and collaboratively aiming to be better is key for successful teams.<\/p>\n<p>But it doesn\u2019t have to be boring!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Actually it\u2019s a game, a playing card game, a pack made up of 52 cards.
