Ilja Vishnevski
Ilja's Agile journey started in 2008. After finishing his studies of computer science and working for a while as software engineer, Ilja discovered that tedious planning far too often resulted in teams being overwhelmed and the plans dismantled by reality kicking in. He wanted to understand why companies were not better prepared to adapt to uncertainty and complexity, and embarked on a learning journey. He soon became an advocate of agile and lean approaches to digital product work. Over the course of the last 10 years, Ilja has worked as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach, introduced Agility to several companies and helped facilitate Agile transformations. Currently his special interests are organizational design and cognitive biases.
